Dr Rajnikant Dodiya was born in Ahmedabad, Gujarat (India) on 28^th August, 1984. He received his Primary Education in a government school and Secondary education in Sahyog High school at Odhav, Ahmedabad. He received his higher Secondary education at K.C.Bhagat Higher Secondary School at Torna, Ta.Kapadwanj, Dist.Kheda. He received his University Education from Gujarat University and Dr. Babasaheb Ambdekar Open University, Ahmedabad. He completed his B.Ed. (2006) from M.B. Patel College of Education, Vallabh Vidyanagar and M.Ed. (2007) from Department of Education, Sardar Patel University. He received his Ph.D. degree in Education (2018) from Sardar Patel University for his doctoral research on ‘Educational Thoughts as reflected in APJ Abdul Kalam’s Writings’. In addition, he has qualified the National Eligibility Test - UGC NET in Education in June, 2009 and Gujarat State Eligibility Test - GSET in Education in December, 2019. Moreover, he is also qualified in Gujarat State Eligibility Test - GSET in English Literature in September, 2018 and UGC NET in English Literature in Sept. 2020.

He worked as a lecturer of English method in B.Ed. Colleges from 2007 to 2011 and as an assistant teacher of English in a Government School at Ahmedabad from September 2011 to April 2015 as well as a Principal in a Government School at Dholka from April 2015 to June 2019. He has been working as an Adhyapak Sahayak of English in H.M. Patel Institute of English Training and Research, Vallabh Vidyanagar, Anand since 9^th July, 2019.

He has attended and presented 6(six) research papers in state, national and international level seminars and conferences organized by various colleges and universities. He has published 13 research papers and articles (11 on Education subject and 2 on English Literature) in peer-reviewed journals having ISSN number. Moreover, he has also published 5 books with ISBN number based on his M.Ed. and Ph.D. works. These include 3 books related to APJ Abdul Kalam’s thoughts regarding education. His areas of teaching in B.Ed. are Educational Philosophy, Educational Psychology, Teacher Education and Methodology of Teaching English. At present, he is involved in writing a book on different areas of English Literature.
